TrustLand Funds Plan:

2022-2023 Plan implementation and utilization:

Justin Skeen:  digital plan can be found on school site.  

Smartboards: four have been purchased

Ed Tech Coaches: There are two in the school who are working with tech and it’s utilization in the classroom to help with efficiency 

Math: there is one specialist who is working with the older grades as the needs arise.

Jaclyn Wintle: Reading/She and a few other specialists are taking the top 10-12 students per grade and they are advancing their skills to teach them to research, and then discuss the main ideas, the conflicts, the characters, vocal etc. This is an intention to work with those kids get an opportunity to make additional connections, advancement or learning opportunities. 

2023-2024 Potential Changes:

Audio Enhancement replacement (+/- $30,000)

Purchase headsets for kids

Purchase additional SmartBoards to replace projectors

*Suggestion: adding math manipulatives to each classroom 

Testing There is some discussion about which test type to use in math to ensure accurate and consistent data across the grades.
