Would you like to be more involved?

Every public school in Utah has a School Community Council.  The councils are made up of school employees who are elected by employees and parents who are elected by parents of students attending the school.  Membership terms are for two years.  Elections are held at the beginning of each school year. Parent members must have a student attending the school at least one of the two years of their term of service.  Employees must be employed by the school district at the school. If you are interested in getting involved in Lomond View School Community Council please reach out to Principal Skeen via This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or you can contact the school at this phone number.  Meeting agendas, minutes and meeting dates are posted on our school website and are open to the public.  Our council meets 5-7 times during the school year to create a TrustLand school plan deciding how the funds received will be spent to help meet school goals.  In addition, the council will discuss other school needs including but not limited to digital citizenship.
